Shipping & Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will be notified with your tracking information via your email provided during checkout. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. All international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will let you know our current processing time. Once your order ships, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Ground — $5 flat rate
- 2nd Day — $21 flat rate
- Overnight – $34 flat rate
All items are made to order, and each item is photographed to best represent its size and color. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accommodate an exchange for equal value or for a store credit.
If you have questions, comments, or issues, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is important to us!
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange.
If a refund is granted we will process your return after receiving and inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
